HLBC is thrilled to welcome back the Eastern Mennonite High School Choir for an evening of beautiful choral music from a range of traditions.

Will the Circle Be Unbroken?

The EMHS Touring Choir is an auditioned ensemble of 11th and 12th grade students which tours extensively each spring. We seek to sing in an attitude of worship that goes beyond mere performance, with a spiritual connection to God, the music, each other, and our audience — our faith in Christ is central to our identity as a choir.

The performance begins at 7pm and takes place in the main church building – doors on Harehills Lane. Concert entry is FREE.

This is a rare opportunity to hear this fabulous choir of talented young singers perform in the UK as part of their 2018 tour. Programme includes traditional church choral pieces, spirituals and contemporary compositions.

Therefore, since we are circled by so great a cloud of witnesses, putting off every weight, and the sin into which we come so readily, let us keep on running in the way which is marked out for us, having our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
